In this movie they could possibly give us introduction of all the 8 immortals. Then, make a solo movie for 3-4 of them. And bring them all together to fight Kali in the final film. Because we need to understand that Kalki with the 8 immortals vs Kali is supposed to be the final event in Hinduism before this universe ends. An event bigger than Ramayana and Mahabharata combined (in terms of scale), which needs a lot of budget.
We need more global audience encouraging it, so that the producer gets confidence to invest more.
Without a solo movie of Lord Parashurama and Lord Hanuman it is going to be an Avengers movie without proper solo movies before it for Iron Man and Captain America. [ Characters will be present, but no impact on Audience ].
We can adjust, but they are presenting it on a global scale, which makes it difficult for the global audience to connect.
So, we better hope for solo movies for 3-4 immortals at least.
Noticed almost no buzz about this movie around the globe. They need to improve on marketing before the movie comes out.

And moreover , there was no need of it to be a superhero genre at all, as it is not supposed to be.
Also this movie had so much material that they didn't have to draw so much inspiration from other Hollywood movies.
I hope they make it a great cinematic universe/franchise. Which will introduce the global audience to all of these characters well. So that the final movie can be enjoyed with the whole world.
@@stanlee5035 Yess bro , agreed. Those who know the original Kalki story will definitely find this movie inaccurate. So, many things are changed with creative liberty. Not a problem tho.
But about the 8 immortals part it definitely features Ashwatthama in this movie. It even hints at a fight between Kalki and Ashwatthama. So, there are possibilities of it having other immortals too.
The director even spoke about Lord Hanuman in the SDCC, so there are chances of him being in the movie. It would be cool if they create Hanuman from motion capture technology, and not the regular human actor with ape like prosthetics.
And it is very important for the movie to have Lord Parashurama as Kalki's teacher or else it will be an injustice to the original story.
Let's see how the movie is made.

Maybe the makers thought it would be funny to have a horse, parrot in a future dystopian movie. But what makes Lord Kalki's story different and unique from other futuristic dystopian movies is this magical aspect of it. It is supposed to be the old warriors with ancient weapons vs futuristic world dominating evil whose living from a very long duration (the evil who has an entire Yuga named after him). But the makers erased all of these , and it ended up looking like Dune and Blade Runner.
From all the themes and concepts this story had. It could have brought a new tone and look to the film that other filmmakers would be taking notes from. But it happened the other way around.
Imagine Mohit bhai as the ADVISOR of the directors and writers of all Indian Sci-fi movies 😄😄🤔

And all we know that if AI will be conscious then it can be anywhere in the world....

I have a theory, according to our scriptures yuga cycles ends with kalki defeating kali and that starts the yuga cycle from satyuga.. This has happened quite a few times(don't exactly know which cycle we r on) but in this cycle kalki has retained his memories and trying to find kalki from the birth itself, train him and make him his prodigy(that's where those pods come in) and other side is trying to find the kid,train him to destroy kali(parshuram and hanuman)
